Typing and transcription of any business documents:  reports, business proposals, business plans, manuals, business correspondence, resumes, speeches, lectures, memoirs, biographies, autobiographies, create forms and templates, and more.

Transcription from MP3, MP4, WAV, WMA, and VLC (3GA) audio file formats. 

Transcription Timing:  1 hour of audio recording takes approximately 6 to 8 hours to transcribe depending on quality of recording.  The better the quality of the recording, the faster the transcription.

Powerpoint presentations:  Create a presentation from draft copy.  Enhance an existing presentation.

Proofreading, editing and reformatting.

For university and college students:  Thesis, dissertatations, other academic papers.

Every circumstance is unique.  We provide a competitive price quote based on the skillset and expertise required to complete each project.  Quotations are based on an hourly, per project or retainer contract basis.  Our rates range from $30 to $65 per hour.  To receive your no obligation quote, simply fill out our contact form.



Final proofreading of all documents and website content is the responsibility of the client.  Some additional project specific charges may apply, e.g., rush service, NSF charges, after hours work.


Payment Methods:

Payments are accepted by bank etransfer or PayPal. 

Payments made via PayPal can be paid using a credit card.

A 50% deposit will be required prior to commencing the work on large projects such as website design and document formatting of large documents.


Payment in full is prior to delivery of the completed project.

Executive Assistant Online is a virtual assistant business based in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada.

My name is Barbara and I am the owner of Executive Assistant Online.  I deliver affordable and streamlined business support for small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.

Throughout my career I have worked within various industries, including Government, Corporate, and Not-For-Profit organizations in a variety of roles ranging from Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary, Customer Service, Website Design and Content Coordinator, and later a Freelancer in Administrative Support, Design and Web development. This experience has led me to choose the business life I have today.


During my career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in web content management, design and development, and blogging.  I am passionate about the work I do and enjoy working with other people.  I’m comfortable using website builders that feature drag and drop design function and template-driven platforms including Wix, Squarespace, WordPress although I have to say, I’m more of a Wix kind of gal!


Being able to think outside the box and having strong attention to detail, I create documents and branding material aligned with your business style and requirements.  I approach my work with enthusiasm to help my clients stay caught up with their office tasks and get their online presence launched and maintained.
