NOTE:  

Transcription Timing:  1 hour of audio recording takes approximately 6 to 8 hours to transcribe depending on quality of recording, clarity of speech (enunciation, figures of speech, loudness or softness of voices, thick accents), no interruptions in dialogue, no over-talking other people, and no background noise. 

The better the quality of the recording and the clearer the dialogue, the faster the transcription.
